Woo-hoo!

Well, it's a long time coming, but I got my leg up on Katy. She can run faster than me, makes more than I do, looks better than me, but you know what? I've got a better credit score according to our refinance contact. I don't mean to brag but my credit score is well north of 290.

So I'd like to say to all you guys out there, unlike the despair.com poster "It's over, just let her go," there's still hope.
