Put it right next to the cars, so I can bang out a few pullups each time I leave the house. Or, you can do a full five set pullup-chinup / TRX back-bicep-tricep workout in about 10 minutes. For chest workout, just good old fashioned pushups. No equipment needed.
If you're not into pullups, just the improvised TRX straps, which will run about $20 or less for parts (2 husky velcro hooks, 1 short piece of PVC for handles, and about 12' of utility rope). Fling them around a low lying tree branch and they are sufficient for working all major muscle groups.
Also, the black string on the right is to support a hammock between the post and our holly tree. Workout / relaxation station all in one.
