Went on a hike behind the house to explore the park north of the house. It's a mile of park along the stream spur behind the house to bonifant road. Snapped this on the way back.
Checked out the GPS map when I got back. If I cross the spur closest to our house and follow the main line of the nirthwest branch instead, it looks like I can go miles and miles without hitting much but a crossroad or two. That's up next, right after my back heals up.
