Pork Chops Nannie Gray Style

First, you need the ingredients. . . . Lots of Crisco (in the can!)

Salt, pepper, paprika, and self rising flour . . . . . plus drinks!
For Southern Cooking, sweet wine for the ladies and single barrel Bourbon for the men.


Throw it in the covered frier for 6-10 minutes, then flip and brown.
Don't forget to add butter to the fry liquid between flips!

And . . . . Tadaaaaa!

Mmmmm Mmmmm Good!
